Alliance Enterprises, Inc. announced today that the strategic partnership between Alliance and Libera Inc. was terminated on January 29, 2018 after Libera failed to cure a material breach.
Libera’s motion to block the termination was denied by the Hon. Frank P. Geraci, Jr. of the U.S. District Court, Western District of New York on February 7, 2018. By mutual consent, the case record (# 1:18-cv-00160, Libera, Inc. v. Alliance Enterprises, Inc.) has been sealed.
