The term of this Agreement will commence as of the Billing Start Date and will continue for three (3) years (Initial Term). After the Initial Term, the Agreement shall automatically renew each year until the conclusion of the three years.

Fees:

Eight (8) dollars per case as referenced in Section 2.a of the Agreement, invoiced monthly.
