MyObjectives Promotes Team-Building, Transparency and Positive Feedback

(Alliance) today announced the launch of its new gamified software-as-a-service (SaaS) management solution, MyObjectives – integrating management best practices and modern gaming mechanics. MyObjectives will be available for purchase beginning July 1 at www.myobjectives.com. A free version is available at no cost.

MyObjectives is Alliance’s new team-focused Management by Gaming solution that promotes organizational goal sharing and scorecards. As the industry’s first performance-based solution, it leverages many of the most esteemed management methodologies, including Management by Objectives, Balanced Scorecards and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Featuring an adaptable interface, MyObjectives improves delegation through clearly defined strategy, which allows managers to trust and verify team progress on outlined objectives.
