We had the joy of
attending the “Move to Production”
celebration with our friends in
Oklahoma City. They had over 75
staff members involved in the 33
month project -- and the majority of
them attended the celebration. We
were very touched when the DRS
Management Team presented Cecile and
Lisa with a Certificate of
Appreciation. The excellent
collaboration between DRS and
Alliance was evident throughout the
project and it was fun to see them
succeed so well.
In addition
to the celebration, we attended a
Steering Committee meeting, met with
the Director, met several Super
Users who began to prioritize their
enhancements, talked techie, and
launched their Contract Vendor
project.
